Sensi Seeds aims for customer satisfaction. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, it's best to contact their customer service team directly as soon as possible after delivery. Sensi Seeds occasionally offers promotions and special deals for its customers. This is often where they announce exclusive offers, early access to sales, and sometimes even special discounts for repeat customers.

Like many online retailers, Sensi Seeds may offer sales and promotions during various times of the year, such as holiday periods, seasonal events, or special anniversaries.
